The plans for a record label has been in our heads for a long time.
But the plan became reality in the summer of 2005.
We decided that the name would be "Cannibal Syndrome Records".
Why you may ask, well. Would you not be afraid if suddenly your friend got the cannibal syndrome?
It is the same about the music we like. Dark, stange and sometimes really fast.
We didn´t know a thing about having a record label before. Luckely we both got good friends quickly.
Without there help, nothing of this would be possible. Thanks alot, you know who you are!

The idea of the label is to show the world new artists, and give them a chance to show the world what they got.
The other principle we got. Non profit. This means that we don´t earn any money on doing this.
All the money from cd sales will be donated to helping organisations around the world.
We love our mother earth, so we have decied that the money will go to some organisation who support the earth.
The earth need our help. We already have money in our pocket. Not much. But the earth need it more then we do.
All the tracks on our releases will be donated to us. And all our complis will be 500 limited editon.

So, who are we you may wonder. We are two guys that own the label. Patrick Mattisson and Johan Öhman.
We both are from Sweden. And we live in the town Trollhättan. A town that has exploded with new artists and dj´s.
The only thing that where missing was a record label. So here we are now. Ready to show the world good music, good spirit, alot of fear and of course a touch of love.
